At AdvancedPi we understand that property inspections can sometimes feel overwhelming, but we are here to help. Let’s start by addressing what an inspection consists of.
A property inspection objectively examines a property’s physical structure and systems, from the roof to the foundation. The systems and structures included are identified on the Infographic and are defined below.
On average, a single-family home inspection may take 2-4 hours to complete, though this is heavily dependent on the home’s size, age, and condition. Once the inspection is complete, you can expect a report to be delivered within 24-48 hours that will cover all our observations, complete with pictures, analysis, and recommendations.
